FAQ


BluetoothMy device finds GoTouch sensor and tries to connect, but gives an error message saying that "the device cannot be found".

First of all, make sure that you have the BlueSoleil program downloaded from our website, that you have plugged in the USB dongle provided with GoTouch, and that the sensor is turned on.

1) When BlueSoleil is installed and the Dongle is plugged in:
Right-click the Bluetooth icon on the taskbar>Start BlueSoleil>Delete searched devices>Restart the GoTouch App.

2) When BlueSoleil is not installed and the Dongle is plugged in:
Download and install the BlueSoleil program provided on our website.

3) When BlueSoleil is not installed and the dongle is not plugged in (ie. You are using the built-in Bluetooth in your device):
Go to Control Panel>Devices and Printers>Add the device with the BT name found at the bottom of the GoTouch sensor>Open GoTouch App>Setting>Connect.

Please note, if you are using a built-in Bluetooth, the writing speed on the screen may vary depending on the performance of the built-in Bluetooth.
